Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Last Updated: July 2, 2026

GenRocket, Inc. (“GenRocket,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy choices. This page explains how California residents and other eligible users may request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, where applicable.

This page should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Terms and Conditions.

1. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on where you live and how you interact with our website, you may have the right to request that we do not sell or share your personal information.

For purposes of this page, “sell” generally means disclosing personal information to another party for monetary or other valuable consideration.

“Share” generally means disclosing personal information to another party for cross-context behavioral advertising or similar targeted advertising purposes.

GenRocket does not sell personal information for monetary compensation. However, some website technologies, such as analytics, advertising, retargeting, conversion tracking, or similar tools, may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under certain privacy laws depending on how they are configured and used.

2. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information by using one or more of the following methods:

Cookie Preferences

Click the Cookie Preferences link in the website footer and disable optional cookie categories, including Marketing Cookies and any other non-essential categories you do not wish to allow.

When you disable Marketing Cookies, we will not intentionally load optional advertising, retargeting, or conversion tracking technologies through your browser.

Contact Us

You may also submit an opt-out request by contacting us:

GenRocket, Inc.

Ojai, CA 93023
USA

Phone: (805) 836-2879
Email: info@genrocket.com
Website: www.genrocket.com

Please include “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” in the subject line or message so we can route your request appropriately.

3. Global Privacy Control

Some browsers, browser extensions, or privacy tools may send a Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal. Where required by applicable law and technically feasible, we will treat a recognized GPC signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for the browser or device sending the signal.

Because GPC signals are browser- or device-based, your preference may not carry over to a different browser, device, or session.

4. Cookie-Based Choices

Many website privacy choices are stored in your browser or device. If you clear your cookies, use a different browser, use a different device, or browse in private/incognito mode, you may need to update your Cookie Preferences again.

If you have enabled browser settings that block cookies, our website may not be able to remember all of your preferences.

5. What Happens After You Opt Out

After you opt out, we will not intentionally sell or share your personal information as described above.

If your opt-out is submitted through Cookie Preferences, the setting will apply to optional website technologies controlled by our cookie consent tool, such as Marketing Cookies.

If your opt-out is submitted by email or phone, we may need additional information to verify and process your request, depending on the nature of the request.

Please note that opting out does not prevent all data processing. We may still use or disclose information as permitted by law, including for security, fraud prevention, service delivery, legal compliance, internal operations, or other purposes allowed under applicable privacy laws.

6. Authorized Agents

Where applicable law allows, you may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf.

We may require the authorized agent to provide proof of authorization and may also require you to verify your identity or confirm that you authorized the request.

7. No Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. This means we will not deny goods or services, charge a different price, provide a different level or quality of service, or retaliate against you because you exercised a privacy right, except where permitted by applicable law.

8. Sensitive Personal Information

GenRocket does not intend to use or disclose sensitive personal information collected through the website for purposes that would require a separate “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” choice under applicable California privacy law.

If our practices change, we will update our privacy notices and provide any required choices.

9. Updates to This Page

We may update this page from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.
