Persona Flight Plans

Each Flight School Persona will have at least one Flight Plan. Others, such as Software Tester, will have more than one Flight Plan. Depending on the persona they fall within, users may need to complete one or multiple Flight Plans to learn the necessary concepts.

Flight Plans contain modules, which contain one or more individual lessons. Each lesson within a module builds upon the previous lesson’s content. Being that it is self-guided learning, users can access materials and meet their learning goals at their own pace.
