How to Create an Organization Variable Suite

Organization Variables are created and managed within an Organization Variable Suite. A suite may contain one or multiple variables.

How to create an Organization Variable Suite

Step 1: Expand the Management drop-down menu and select Organization Variables.

Step 2: Click the Create Variable Suite button.

Step 3: Enter a Name and Description. Click the Save button.

The Organization Variable Suite will appear on the left side of the dashboard, as shown below:

Once a suite has been created, you will be able to create Organization Variables within the suite. To learn more, see the next lesson of this training module.
